Vaillant Group is seeking an O2C Rollout Manager to drive standardization of Order-to-Cash processes across borders. You will lead the rollout, coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and identify optimization opportunities in collaboration with business units and IT.

You will manage risks and change activities, ensure knowledge transfer, and support strategic transformation for a consistent customer experience and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Order-to-Cash, business transformation, or ERP implementations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, with knowledge of end-to-end O2C processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of standardized O2C processes across multiple countries.
• Coordinate rollout activities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements and existing processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change activities during transitions.
• Enable knowledge transfer and sustainable adoption with business and tech teams.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational excellence.
