The O2C Transformation & Automation Manager will serve as the global design authority for O2C and related systems, shaping priorities and ensuring scalable, controlled designs across SAP, HighRadius, and Esker.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years’ experience in Order to Cash in a large, international setting.
• Strong, hands-on SAP O2C experience across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Proven AR automation experience with HighRadius and Esker.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a global matrix.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as global design authority for O2C and Banking process and system changes.
• Oversee end-to-end process and solution design decisions to ensure scalability and control.
• Provide independent functional assurance and participate in design forums.
• Partner with IT, GBS, and service partners to ensure delivery adheres to designs.
• Drive change management, adoption planning, and capability building across O2C teams.
