Job summary

AstraZeneca is seeking a global O2C Transformation & Automation Manager to act as a design authority for O2C and Banking processes and systems, reporting directly to the Associate Director O2C & Banking (Design).

The role will manage end-to-end design decisions to ensure changes are scalable, controlled, and aligned to the global target operating model. This is a design‑oriented change role requiring deep functional credibility and strong system understanding.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Order to Cash within a large, complex, international organisation, shared services, or consulting.
• Strong hands-on SAP O2C experience across ECC and S/4HANA.
• Proven AR automation experience with HighRadius and Esker.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification.
• Ability to work independently, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate a global matrix.
• Experience with Global Business Services (GBS) or outsourced service models.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Global O2C Design Authority, shaping priorities and sequencing initiatives.
• Ensure global end-to-end O2C process designs, policies and standards balance efficiency, control and customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional designs and solution intents for IT and SI partners.
• Provide independent functional assurance and prevent design drift across SAP ECC/S/4HANA, HighRadius and Esker.
• Drive change impact assessments, adoption planning and capability building in automation and analytics.
