Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Wroclaw seeks an International Mobility Team Manager to lead a high‑performing Global Mobility team and shape mobility services from our GBS Center in Poland.

You will partner with senior leaders, HR, Legal and Finance to manage international assignments, drive process improvements, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and deliver an exceptional employee experience in a global matrix.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading international mobility programs and assignments.
• Minimum 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Business-fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Global Mobility professionals, fostering engagement and high performance.
• Manage complex international assignments, transfers, and mobility programs, ensuring employee experience and operational excellence.
• Partner with senior leaders, HRBP, Legal, Finance and vendors to deliver mobility solutions and guidance.
• Drive process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement in mobility services.
• Oversee global mobility vendors across tax, immigration, relocation, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, social security, employment law and data privacy across jurisdictions.
