Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Business Services Poland is seeking an International Expert to drive International Mobility processes for senior leaders. You will manage system configuration, data accuracy, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure compliant, efficient assignment administration.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in HR with experience in global assignments, payroll understanding, and proficiency in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Equus Platform.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of HR experience supporting global assignment activities.
• Understanding of international assignment administration, compliance, and payroll processes.
• Completed higher education preferably in HR or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training provided from abroad and write process documentation (occasional travel foreseen).
• Act as System Super User and configure assignment management tool requirements in alignment with IT.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support digitalization and process automation initiatives.
• Maintain country-specific mobility data and reference information in systems and reporting tools.
• Support regional and International Mobility reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Contribute to audit readiness through data validation, reconciliations, and evidence preparation.
• Identify data issues, trends, and improvement opportunities across mobility processes and systems.
• Work on projects and on-cycle activities (e.g. compensation cycles, exchange rate updates).
