Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of relevant HR experience in global assignment activities.
  • English language at C1 level or higher.
  • Understanding of international assignment administration, compliance and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency with HR systems: SAP HR, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Equus Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in training and write process documentation; occasional travel.
  • Act as System Super User and configure the Assignment Management tool Equus Platform with IT alignment.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support digitalization and process automation initiatives.
  • Maintain country-specific mobility data and reference information in systems and reporting tools.
  • Support regional and International Mobility reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Contribute to audit readiness through data validation, reconciliations and evidence preparation.
  • Identify data issues, trends and improvement opportunities across mobility processes and systems.
  • Work on projects and on-cycle activities (e.g. compensation cycles, exchange rate updates).

Looking for a role where you can focus on various processual and service management tasks during international assignment management of mostly senior executives and leaders? Help us build a International Mobility team towards operational excellence and splendid customer experience – from hiring and contracting to benefits selection and vendor management. Tasks & responsibilities

As anInternational Expert, you will:

  • Participate in training provided from abroad and write process documentation (occasional travel foreseen).
  • Act as System Super User and configure system requirements / enhancements in the Assignment Management tool Equus Platform in alignment with system owner and IT.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support digitalization and process automation initiatives.
  • Maintain country-specific mobility data and reference information in systems and reporting tools.
  • Support regional and International Mobility reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
  • Contribute to audit readiness through data validation, reconciliations, and evidence preparation.
  • Identify data issues, trends, and improvement opportunities across mobility processes and systems.
  • You will work on projects and on-cycle activities (e.g. compensation cycles, exchange rate updates).
About our future employee

You should speak English (min. C1) and have at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in HR, supporting global assignment activities.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
  • Understanding of complex international assignment administration, compliance, and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow andEquus Platform) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong coordination, service-orientation, stress-resilience, comfortability managing multiple cases, attention to detail.
  • Empathy, communication, team spirit, accountability and positive solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience in transition of processes would be an asset.
