Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH in Poland is seeking a Senior International Mobility Specialist to oversee global assignment management for senior leaders. You will ensure high-quality service delivery from hiring to payroll coordination and vendor management.

You will train colleagues, document processes, and own complex competency areas while collaborating with HR, CoEs, Payroll, and external partners across borders. English proficiency and 4+ years in HR are required.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency at least B2 and 4+ years of HR experience supporting global assignments.
• Completed higher education preferably in HR or related areas.
• Understanding of complex assignment administration, compliance, and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training from abroad and create process documentation.
• Manage operational and transactional processes for global assignments with high service quality.
• Own at least one complex competency area and develop deep subject matter expertise.
• Handle incoming HR requests of higher complexity and monitor dependencies to prevent delays.
• Coordinate cases and resolve issues with internal and external partners including Payroll and vendors.
• Contribute to projects, on-cycle activities, and onboarding of new team members.

Senior International Mobility Specialist

The position

Looking for a role where you can focus on various processual and service management tasks during international assignment management of mostly senior executives and leaders? Help us build a International Mobility team towards operational excellence and splendid customer experience – from hiring and contracting to benefits selection and vendor management. Tasks & responsibilities

As anInternational Mobility Senior Specialist,you will be responsible for:

• Participating in training provided from abroad and creating process documentation (occasional travel expected).
• Managing all operational and transactional processes for global assignments, ensuring excellent service delivery and continuously improving end-to-end processes in terms of quality.
• Take ownership of at least one complex competency area, including special tasks and the development of in-depth subject matter expertise.
• Handling all incoming requests related to general or specific HR topics with higher complexity, while monitoring process dependencies and deliverables to prevent delays.
• Operating in a complex environment, coordinating cases, managing handovers, and resolving issues in collaboration with internal and external partners such as HR, CoEs, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, internal and external vendors, and public authorities.
• Working on projects and on-cycle activities.
• Training and onboarding new team members.

About our future employee

You should speak English (min. B2) and should have min. of 4 years of relevant professional experience in HR, supporting global assignment activities.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Completed higher education preferably in HR field or related areas.
• Understanding of complex assignment administration, compliance, and payroll processes.
• Proficiency in HR systems (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and Equus Platform) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong coordination, service-orientation, stress resilience, comfortability managing multiple cases, attention to detail.

• Experience in transition of processes and project management would be an asset.
