Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group is seeking a Global Mobility Expert to provide end-to-end operational support for international assignments within a Kraków-based Shared Services model. You will coordinate with the Global Mobility CoE, HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in HR operations, shared services or global mobility is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Global Mobility CoE and HR partners across mobility assignments.
• Coordinate day-to-day tasks with internal teams and external vendors.
• Prepare cost estimates, comp calculations, and assignment documents.
• Manage communication and ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Support payroll inputs and invoicing processes related to mobility cases.
• Maintain accurate assignment data in mobility systems and generate leadership reports.
• Identify risks and suggest process improvements within Global Mobility operations.
