Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services Krakow is seeking a Payroll Expert for Global Mobility & Travel Compliance. You will act as the Global Payroll SME, designing end-to-end payroll processes and governance frameworks to support international business travel across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with HR, Tax, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a superior employee experience in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience in Global Payroll Operations for international populations.
• Knowledge of employment tax and social security regulations.
• Experience with shadow payroll and international assignment payroll.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers and multi-country payroll.

Responsibilities

• Act as Global Payroll SME within the Travel Compliance program.
• Design end-to-end payroll processes for international travel compliance.
• Develop governance and control frameworks for payroll compliance.
• Coordinate with HR, Tax, Legal, and external providers.
