Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Kraków is seeking an experienced senior professional to support the international travel compliance project. You will translate travel compliance requirements into scalable HR operational processes and lead the implementation within HR Operations to enable global execution after go-live.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-border mobility or related field.
Strong understanding of international travel compliance including social security, immigration, and tax obligations.
Background in HR Operations delivery and process documentation.

Responsibilities

Design processes and create documentation including global process maps, SOPs, and work instructions, translating outputs into scalable operational processes.
Define RACI and hand-off models across stakeholders including Travel Compliance, HR Operations, Payroll and Global Mobility.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure global operational readiness and develop governance documentation.
