Hitachi Energy Services SP. Z.O.O. in Kraków is seeking a senior professional to translate travel-compliance requirements into scalable HR processes and lead implementation within HR Operations.

The role is temporary for two years, supporting an international travel compliance project and ensuring processes run globally after go-live. You will design global process maps, SOPs and work instructions, define RACI models, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure readiness across countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cross-border mobility or travel compliance.
• Strong HR Operations delivery background and SOPs creation experience.
• Experience translating complex compliance into scalable processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient business English in both written and oral form.

Responsibilities

• Design processes and create global documentation including maps, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Define RACI and hand-off models across teams and partners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure global operational readiness.
• Define support models, escalation paths and governance documentation.
• Develop training materials and knowledge articles for rollout.
• Ensure HR Operations teams are trained on new processes globally.
• Coordinate process validation workshops and pilot-country prep.
• Maintain global documentation and onboarding materials after go-live.
