You will manage platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and endpoint management systems to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency. The position requires at least 5 years of IT service management experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Management. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT service management with expertise in digital workplace technologies.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Endpoint Management.

• Demonstrated leadership skills managing diverse teams.
