Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 professional to own the Microsoft Teams platform globally, with a focus on governance, policy life cycle, and external access. You will coordinate with Product Managers, engineering, and Microsoft to ensure scalable configurations and security across Regions.

The role includes secondary Exchange Online support, incident handling, and collaboration with the Messaging team. Hybrid work in Poland is offered with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology, Business.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud services (Office 365 tenants).
• Approximately 3 years in a comparable technical role.

Responsibilities

• Support technical ownership of the Microsoft Teams platform across TAC, PowerShell, and provisioning systems.
• Design and enforce global and country-level Teams policies and transitions.
• Coordinate Teams provisioning with MET alignment and validate policy outcomes.
• Coordinate with developers for Teams-related Graph API permissions and app registrations.
• Monitor federation and external access usage and recertification processes.
• Assist with escalation, testing, and rollout readiness for Teams incidents and pilots.
• Stay informed on MS roadmap features affecting Teams and prepare technical updates.
