Job summary

Amer Sports in Kraków is seeking an IT Engineer for Collaboration & Productivity Platforms to design, implement, and evolve our Microsoft 365 services at enterprise scale. You will drive automation, governance, and secure digital workplace transformations in collaboration with security and IAM teams.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong PowerShell and Graph API skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid work options and global collaboration across brands and markets are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions.
• English fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online) with tenant configuration and access controls.
• Build and manage workspace provisioning, lifecycle management, and governance solutions.
• Maintain M365 backup, recovery, archiving, and data lifecycle processes.
• Monitor platform health and admin other enterprise productivity apps (Adobe, Miro).
• Implement security, compliance, and information protection controls.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate; enable integrations with other systems.
• Define governance standards and drive standardization across platforms.
