Job summary

SoftwareOne in Warsaw, Poland, seeks an M365 Specialist to support and enhance Microsoft 365 services for customers. You will collaborate with users, technical teams, and cloud technologies to deliver a seamless digital workplace while expanding knowledge across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The role requires fluent Polish and English, on-site in Warsaw, and a visa for Poland. You will join a global software and cloud solutions provider focused on learning, growth, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID) and related admin tasks.
• Experience supporting users in IT support, service desk, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
• Understanding of user administration, authentication, permissions, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Investigate and resolve technical incidents and service requests while ensuring a great user experience.
• Support user onboarding, account administration, licensing, and access management activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot complex issues and implement service improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation, and best practices.
• Participate in Microsoft 365 projects, migrations, and ongoing service enhancements.
