DLA Piper in Warsaw seeks an organized assistant to provide general administrative support within a busy legal team. You will handle documents, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain systems such as InterAction and iManage, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
The role requires a university degree, Polish at C2 and English at B2, at least one year of admin experience, and strong MS Office skills.
The assistant teams provide support within hubs, where team members share their work.
