You will standardize content creation, lead translations, and ensure quality across platforms like SharePoint and ServiceNow, partnering with technology teams for smooth updates.

A 6+ year track record in KM, governance, and HR services is expected, with strong English and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Knowledge Management or related field with global scope.
• Experience with HR knowledge content governance and platforms.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Shaping global content standards and governance processes for HR knowledge.
• Leading translation/localisation across markets and coordinating with language leads.
• Driving content quality through governance cycles and data-driven improvements.
• Managing knowledge platforms like SharePoint and ServiceNow with tech teams.
• Engaging a global network of Local Admins and Language Leads with training.
• Supporting HR change governance and impact assessments across the organisation.
• Contributing to HR transformation projects including portals and automation.
• Defining and tracking global Knowledge Management KPIs and reporting to leadership.
