Job summary

Capgemini in Kraków is seeking a Payroll & Rewards Business Transformation Consultant to lead the design, development and optimization of HR processes, with a focus on payroll, compensation and benefits. The role involves collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver scalable HR solutions and to drive continuous improvement through data analytics.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of HR experience, strong MS Office skills, familiarity with Workday or SAP HCM, and an English

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of practical HR experience with Payroll/Compensation & Benefits.
Experience supporting transitions, scope expansion or improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) for analysis, documentation and presentations.
Foundational knowledge of HR systems (Workday, SAP HCM or equivalent).
Advanced English for effective communication in global project environments.
Consulting mindset: structured thinking, stakeholder management and value‑driven delivery.

Responsibilities

Participate in evaluations of Payroll/Rewards processes; identify strengths and weaknesses.
Develop efficient and scalable HR processes (payroll, compensation & benefits).
Create process maps and SOPs, and reports as required.
Support change initiatives, including communication and training.
Ensure compliance with laws and risk mitigation in HR processes.
Use HR data analytics to measure impact of changes.
Collaborate with internal/external HR teams and other departments.
Stay updated on HR and R2P trends to recommend improvements.
