Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Process & Knowledge Transfer Coordinator on a 12-month contract in Warsaw. You will map HR processes across EMEA, develop SOPs, and convert documentation into Scribe to enhance consistency and accessibility.

The role supports People Services through structured knowledge transfer, coordinating sessions, and ensuring go-live readiness while maintaining regulatory alignment. A strong background in HR operations and process mapping is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR operations and shared services.
• Proven ability to document processes and create SOPs.
• Experience coordinating knowledge transfer across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Map and document end-to-end HR processes across all in-scope countries.
• Develop standardized documentation, including SOPs and process maps.
• Convert existing documentation into Scribe for consistency and quality.
• Ensure process documentation complies with local laws and policies.
• Design and execute structured knowledge transfer plans into People Services.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions between SMEs and People Services teams.
• Define scope, timelines, and success criteria for transitions.
• Manage the conversion workflow with quality reviews and sign-off.
• Serve as liaison between local People teams and program leadership.
• Identify variations and propose harmonisation and simplification.
