Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is hiring a Senior HR Process Administrator to own and support day-to-day HR operations from onboarding to separation. You will ensure compliant processes, deliver high-quality HR services, and act as trusted advisor to employees and managers while driving process improvements.

The role focuses on end-to-end HR service delivery for the D/A/CH region, managing complex employee requests and reporting on HR metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in HR service delivery for D/A/CH cluster.
• Experience with SNOW, Workday, and SAP in HR processes.
• Knowledge of labour laws and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations and ensure service delivery is on time and within SLAs.
• Maintain personnel records, process paperwork, and manage HR information systems.
• Resolve employee requests, analyze HR metrics, and support HR projects.
