Job summary

Tap.Talent is seeking an Application Support Engineer to assist US and Asia-Pacific clients from a Poland-based hub. You will start by supporting US business hours, then rotate to US and APAC shifts, solving complex issues while coordinating with international teams.

The role emphasizes a strong technical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn. Hybrid work and international travel for training are offered.

Qualifications

Experience in Technical Support or a similar technical role.
Solid experience with MS Windows environments.
Experience with scripting languages.
Practical SQL experience or willingness to develop it.
Fluent English with confidence communicating with international clients.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve application and production issues.
Provide technical support to international clients.
Analyze problems and identify root causes.
Troubleshoot Windows- and Linux-based applications and environments.
Work with application and system logs and use scripting for troubleshooting and automation.
Write and analyse SQL queries and assist in client onboarding.
