Job summary

Solid Company in Wrocław is seeking a technically minded support engineer to assist clients across US and APAC markets. You will start by supporting US business hours and closely coordinate with the US team to learn the systems and processes.

As you become proficient, you will join a rotation covering US and APAC hours. Shifts include afternoon/evening and night rotation; this is a full-time role with a hybrid office setup after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support, Application Support or a similar technical role.
• Solid experience with MS Windows environments.
• Experience with scripting languages.
• Practical SQL experience or willingness to develop it.
• Fluent English and confidence communicating directly with international clients.
• Enjoyment of troubleshooting and finding root causes.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across US and APAC time zones.
• Collaborate with US-based team to learn systems during onboarding.
• Handle rotation shifts including US and Asia-Pacific hours.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with root-cause analysis.
