Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a talented Scrum Master to join our Global IT team in Kraków. You will coach teams through agile transformation, lead Scrum ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and enable high-quality iterative delivery.

You will collaborate with PMO, Product Owners and stakeholders across regions, fostering transparency, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making. English is required, Polish/Spanish language experience a plus; some remote work available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach leading agile transformations.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and development processes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile transformation and coach teams in Scrum roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support other Scrum Masters and teams in adopting agile practices.
• Collaborate with PMO, Product Owners and stakeholders to enable iterative delivery.
