Job summary

Software Mind is seeking a Project Coordinator / Scrum Master to join a multinational team in Kraków. You will lead Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and help the client deliver value in healthcare-focused projects.

You’ll collaborate with developers, testers, DevOps, and data engineers, adapt processes pragmatically, and communicate progress to CTOs and senior stakeholders. Flexible work and international travel are available.

Qualifications

• +3 years of commercial experience in the Agile way of working.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and adapt roles across teams.
• Proven track record of delivering value through Scrum Master activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Scrum teams to self-organize and meet sprint goals.
• Highlight value delivered by teams and the Scrum Master role.
• Improve processes with Product Owner, business, and QA teams.
