Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead a Polish and British development team on agile document management projects. You will coach teams, drive value, and collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to optimize delivery across multiple domains. The role offers flexible employment and remote work within a global client base.

The candidate should demonstrate hands-on coordination, strong communication with leadership, and a pragmatic approach to Agile practices.

Qualifications

+3 years of commercial experience in Agile environments.
Hands-on work coordinator who switches hats and adapts to challenges.
Proven track record of showing value delivered by development teams and the SM role.
Experience driving improvements across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Ability to think independently and pragmatically, not strictly following the Scrum Guide.
Experience engaging with CTOs and leaders; presenting solutions and driving change.
Ability to say no and keep workloads under control.
Technical background.
Agile Certification (Scrum.org) and applying it to teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach Scrum teams to self-organize and hit sprint goals.
Demonstrate value delivered by teams and by the Scrum Master.
Improve broader processes with the Product Owner, business, and QA/dev teams.
Adapt approach pragmatically rather than strictly following the Scrum Guide.
Coordinate day-to-day work, switching hats between coach, SM and problem-solver.
Facilitate communication and Scrum ceremonies.
