Job summary

Commerzbank AG in Poland is seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile transformations across multiple teams in a complex delivery environment. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and champion AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.

Remotely or in hybrid mode at Wersalska 6, Łódź, you will foster collaboration, scale agile ways of working, and ensure transparency and accountability. A 5+ year track record and English B2 are required.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or similar.
Experience in complex enterprise environments.
Experience supporting multiple agile teams simultaneously.
Experience with large-scale agile initiatives and Agile Release Trains.
Proven track record in organizational change and agile transformations.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI

Responsibilities

Drive organizational and agile transformations in complex delivery environments.
Establish governance, collaboration models, and scalable delivery structures.
Enable adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.
Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams and stakeholders.
Support and coach multiple agile teams in parallel.
Conflict management.
Scale agile ways of working, including Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Leverage Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and AI tools to optimize delivery.
Lead teams through change and uncertainty with a pragmatic, result-oriented mindset.
