Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Kraków is seeking Agile Transformation and Delivery professionals to join a European Workforce Transformation team. You will deliver agile coaching and agile delivery engagements across client programs.

We require 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, expertise in SAFe, LeSS or DAD, and strong English and German communication skills (C2). You may travel for engagements within Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

5+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience.
Expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management.
Holds a recognised Agile qualification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master).
Experience delivering via a recognised agile methodology.
Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication in English and German (C2).

Responsibilities

Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels.
Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including SAFe, DAD, LeSS.
Undertake agile delivery engagements as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner.
Support Lean Portfolio Management engagements.
Own client deliverables to ensure timely outcomes.
Advise client leaders and support other consultants in Workforce Transformation.
Contribute to thought leadership, IP, and methods/tools.
