Job summary

Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Poland seeks a Scrum Master to drive organizational and agile transformations across complex delivery environments. You will establish governance, support multiple teams, and enable AI, automation, and modern engineering practices to optimize delivery.

You will manage risks and dependencies while coaching teams in a scalable Agile setup, including ARTs, with a pragmatic, results-focused mindset. Join our Leadership Team, working hybrid in Łódź.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting multiple agile teams simultaneously.
• Experience with large-scale agile initiatives and Agile Release Trains.
• Proven track record in organizational change and agile transformations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity through AI.
• English B2.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational and agile transformations in complex delivery environments.
• Establish governance, collaboration models, and scalable delivery structures.
• Enable adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams and stakeholders.
• Support and coach multiple agile teams in parallel.
• Conflict management.
• Scale agile ways of working, including Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Foster collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, and AI tools to optimize delivery.
• Lead teams through change and uncertainty with a pragmatic, result-oriented mindset.
