Job summary

Customs Support Group B.V. in Warszawa, Poland, seeks an experienced Declarant to manage import/export declarations in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. You will handle ATLAS declarations, calculate duties and liaise with customs and customers.

Requirements include English at least B2 and German at least B1, solid import/export customs experience, and familiarity with SAP GTS. The role offers a permanent contract, hybrid work, and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in import/export customs declarations.
• Strong knowledge of customs law and procedures.
• Professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Residence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Create shipping documents and import/transit declarations via ATLAS.
• Calculate import duties and prepare monthly statements.
• Submit and review customs documents with authorities; handle irregularities.
• Prepare all customs declarations and formalities for imports/exports per laws.
• Prepare order instructions for processing transactions and coordinate with other departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and advise on operational customs matters.
