Job summary

Customs Support Group B.V. is seeking an Export Declarant to join our export team. The role focuses on preparing export declarations and handling documentation for two key customers, including a TOP customer, requiring accuracy and reliability.

You will work from 09:00–17:00 EET, collaborate with the export team, and ensure deadlines are met. The position offers exposure to XML-based systems and a dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit export declarations accurately and on time.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with relevant regulations.
• Organize and schedule orders to ensure they are ready for the customer within the given deadlines.
• Work independently on daily tasks, which are mostly routine and repetitive.
• Collaborate and communicate with the export team whenever support or clarification is needed.
