Job summary

Customs Support Group in Poland is seeking a skilled Customs Agent (Declarant) to manage daily declarations and compliance tasks. You will ensure accurate document preparation for import/export shipments in accordance with Polish and EU regulations, leveraging IDP tools to improve accuracy and speed.

The role requires at least 3 years in customs brokerage or related logistics fields, with fluent Polish and English.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customs declarations and compliance tasks.
• Prepare documentation for imports/exports in line with Polish and EU regulations.
• Utilize IDP tools to extract and validate documents and ensure accuracy of HS codes and valuations.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality in line with GDPR.
