Job summary

Customs Support Group B.V. is seeking an experienced Declarant to join its international, tech-driven customs team in Poland. You will handle declarations, duties, and monthly statements, coordinating with customs and other departments to ensure compliant import/export processing.

The role requires strong English (B2) and German (B1) skills, prior experience in customs and freight forwarding, and proficiency with MS Office. A hybrid work model and pension-style benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or equivalent
• Solid experience in import/export customs declarations
• Experience in freight forwarding and logistics
• Strong English (B2) and German (B1)
• Customer-oriented and service-minded
• Proficient with MS Office
• Experience with SAP GTS will aid performance

Responsibilities

• Create shipping documents and ATLAS import/transit declarations
• Calculate import duties and prepare monthly statements
• Coordinate with customs and handle special duties and irregularities
• Prepare all customs declarations and import/export formalities
• Issue order instructions for processing transactions with other departments
• Respond to customer inquiries and advise on customs matters
