Job summary

Hitachi Energy Kraków is seeking a customs operations specialist to coordinate import/export activities and ensure trade compliance. You will prepare customs instructions in SAP GTS and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely information on customs matters.

The role requires 2+ years in customs/trade/logistics, knowledge of HS codes and Incoterms, and English at B2 level or higher. SAP GTS familiarity is a plus, with potential to develop within a global electrification leader.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customs/trade/logistics.
• Knowledge of Customs Law and Regulations (HS codes, Incoterms, procedures).
• SAP GTS experience or familiarity is a plus.
• English language at least B2 level.
• Nice to have SCM/logistics and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customs operations (import/export) for Hitachi Energy group.
• Check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance.
• Prepare customs instruction in SAP GTS system for Customs Agencies according to internal regulations.
• Stay in touch with internal customers to receive and provide information on customs related matters.
• Seek savings opportunities.
