Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior HR Technology Lead to provide technical leadership for the EDM solution in a global environment. You will oversee delivery across design, build, testing, and deployment and collaborate with configurators to translate business requirements into system configurations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR technology with Workday HCM configuration and deployment.
• Experience delivering document management solutions in a global environment.
• Knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields, and business processes.
• Familiarity with Adobe Sign configuration and electronic signature solutions.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management across business and technology teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the EDM solution across design, build, testing, and deployment stages.
• Collaborate with configurators to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Ensure designs are documented and aligned with principles and standards.
• Provide technology leadership for EDM including AWS Cloud, Adobe Sign, and Workday config.
• Coordinate with Kainos and SII configurators on retention, security policies, and taxonomy.
• Validate AWS Cloud mappings for companies and document categories.
• Migrate legacy employee documents into Workday EDM with validated approaches.
• Support Workday HCM configurators on templates, acknowledgements, and notifications.
• Assist EDM template configurators in Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Work with stakeholders, partners, and tech teams to ensure delivery and adoption.
