Job summary

Accenture Poland is hiring an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of HRSD solutions, including HR Case Management and Employee Center. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to define future-state processes and drive digital transformation initiatives across international clients.

The role requires strong hands-on HRSD expertise, ITSM understanding, and proven ability to integrate HRSD with platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including HRSD.
• Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Agent Workspace.
• Understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and employee-facing service processes.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale HRSD implementations.
• Experience integrating HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms.
• Ability to lead solution design, architecture workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee experience, and data privacy requirements.
• Professional English and Polish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Design and implement HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and employee experience solutions.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders to define future-state processes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive integration of ServiceNow HRSD with HR platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and provide strategic solution recommendations.
• Ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
