Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Senior HR Technology Subject Matter Expert to lead HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Visier and Qualtrics, and partner with global teams. You will handle administration, governance, data integrity, user support, dashboards and analytics, data integrations, and help manage system releases.

The role is hybrid (3 days in the office) with onboarding and benefits; fluent English required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or related role.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters, or similar platforms.
• Experience in system administration, governance, and user support.
• Good understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with international teams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, and other HR systems
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and support HR technology initiatives
• Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and governance
• Support and train key users, resolve escalations, and coordinate system-related requests
• Administer user roles, permissions, and access across HR platforms
• Manage data integrations, monitor interfaces, and troubleshoot system issues
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, surveys, and analytics solutions
• Support system releases, testing activities, process improvements, and change management initiatives
• Develop user documentation and training materials to drive system adoption
