Job summary

Beiersdorf Shared Services Poland Sp.z o.o. in Poznan seeks an Expert HR Recurring Programs to enable and drive global HR programs, with emphasis on annual Performance, Development and Succession processes.

You will act as central Key User, manage stakeholder relationships, ensure data governance and lead end-to-end process support for HR systems. The role requires a university degree in a related field, strong English, and experience with SuccessFactors, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, HR management, economics or a related field.
• Interest in global HR processes, HR systems and data-driven HR work with focus on Performance, Development and Succession.
• Strong awareness of data privacy, confidentiality and governance in handling employee information.
• Analytical and structured mindset with high data quality and process consistency.
• Experience with SuccessFactors; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Initial experience in an international environment is welcome.

Responsibilities

• As Expert HR Recurring Programs, enable and drive global recurring HR programs with focus on Performance, Development and Succession processes.
• Serve as central Key User and first point of contact; ensure high-quality execution via stakeholder management, system readiness, reporting and data governance.
• Coordinate data-related and operational activities for global annual Performance, Development and Succession cycles.
• Act as a Key User for system and process questions from HR Business Partners, managers and other users; guide and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support system readiness and release update testing including test case maintenance, end-to-end testing, data preparation and quality checks.
• Prepare and maintain user enablement materials and deliver training for relevant user groups.
