Job summary

Beiersdorf Group in Poland seeks an Expert HR Recurring Programs to drive our global annual Performance, Development and Succession processes. You will act as a central Key User, ensuring high-quality execution through stakeholder management, system readiness, reporting excellence, user enablement, data governance and operational support.

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, HR management, economics, business informatics or similar field.
• Interest in global HR processes and data-driven HR work with focus on Performance, Development and Succession.
• Strong awareness of data privacy and governance; able to handle sensitive data responsibly.
• Analytical and structured mindset with attention to data quality and process consistency.
• Experience with SuccessFactors; strong Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; international experience welcome.
• Clear, service-oriented communicator; team player who can guide diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Expert HR Recurring Programs and central Key User for global annual cycles.
• Ensure high-quality execution via stakeholder management, data governance and testing.
• Coordinate data-related activities for Performance, Development and Succession cycles.
• Provide user enablement, training content and SharePoint information to users.
• Prepare KPI and operational reports; support reporting solutions and permissions.
• Collaborate with Global CoEs, HR Business Partners and IT to align timelines and needs.
• Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
