Job summary

WS Audiology Group in Poznań is seeking an HR Delivery Process Excellence Specialist to strengthen our global HR service delivery model. You will drive standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across HR processes, ensuring scalable services and an enhanced employee experience.

You will partner with HR, HRIS, IT, and external partners to optimize HR services through governance, documentation, and digitalization initiatives, shaping a data-driven operating model at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement in global services.
• Knowledge of HR processes, KPIs, SLAs and governance.
• Experience with case management and ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Workday.
• Experience with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and digital mindset.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive the standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of global HR processes, policies, and service delivery practices.
• Establish and monitor HR service performance through KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics, translating insights into actions and measurable improvements.
• Analyze service delivery data, identify trends and root causes, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and employee experience.
• Design and maintain governance frameworks, process ownership principles, and performance review mechanisms across HR Service Delivery.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, knowledge articles, and process maps to promote consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with HR, HRIS, IT, and external vendors to identify and implement opportunities for digitalization, automation, and self-service solutions.
• Support the adoption of new technologies and ways of working that improve service quality and reduce manual effort.
• Track and communicate the impact of improvement initiatives, ensuring benefits realization and continuous optimization.
• Build strong relationships across global and regional stakeholder groups to drive alignment, engagement, and sustainable change.
