Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, Shared Services, People Services, Payroll Administration, Time & Attendance, or related field.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle transactions and HR data within HR systems.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR administration support across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, changes, leave, and offboarding.
• Process HR transactions accurately within service levels, compliant with policies and German regulations.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records.
• Execute payroll-impacting transactions accurately and on time.
