Job summary

Beiersdorf AG in Poznań is seeking a data-driven HR analytics professional to develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics. You will partner with HR leaders to translate data into actionable insights that support global workforce decisions.

You will deliver accurate ad-hoc reporting for international stakeholders, ensure data quality and governance across HR metrics, and build self-service datasets and scalable models.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience in HR reporting, people analytics, business intelligence, or data management.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and self-service analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI platforms (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience with SuccessFactors, BW4HANA is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
• Fluent English.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Deliver accurate ad-hoc reporting and actionable insights for global HR stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and consistency across HR metrics and reporting.
• Support the People Intelligence Framework by integrating data sources and automating reporting processes.
• Build and maintain self-service datasets, reporting solutions, and scalable data models.
• Contribute to analytics innovation through KPI standardization, advanced analytics, automation, and AI readiness initiatives.
