Qualifications

• University degree.
• Very good command of English.
• Experience working with ATS (SuccessFactors).
• Knowledge of working in SSC or BPO.
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Customer oriented and proactive approach.
• Effective planning and prioritization; attention to detail.
• Team player capable of collaborating with others to deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support team members in scheduling interviews.
• Respond to recruitment related queries from candidates.
• Maintain process documentation as required.
• Seek opportunities for improvement in Recruitment Operations area.
• Perform in line with agreed procedures, SLAs and customers expectations.
• Share and apply best practices.
• Ensure that all relevant company's standards and guidelines are met.
• Support Junior Specialist.
• Cooperate with colleagues from other HR sub-teams in ad-hoc administrative tasks.
