Genpact Ltd. is hiring for an HRO - Employee Lifecycle Management role supporting German-speaking employees. The position is hybrid from Wroclaw or Krakow, with remote options within Poland.

Responsibilities include HR administration, Workday processes, and proactive employee support in German and English. The ideal candidate has HR experience, excellent communication skills in German and English (C1), and the ability to handle multiple cases while coordinating with team members.

Qualifications

• HR experience required or beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills in German (spoken and written) and English (C1).
• Ability to resolve routine problems independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong multitasking and workload prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all Workforce-related processes in Workday and outside (Hire, Job changes, Promotions, Exits) including document generation and maintenance of personal files across the Employee Life Cycle.
• Provide proactive administrative support to employees of our client via non-voice and voice channels in German and English (cases, mailbox, chat, phone).
• Perform HR administration (collect documents, update systems, register new employees).
• Respond to inquiries and resolve issues of varying complexity.
• Guide internal clients through access tools and knowledge portals.
