Job summary

Chapter 2 is recruiting for a transactional, high-volume HR onboarding administrator based in Łódź, Poland. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, drafting Polish and English contracts and coordinating with IT and HR teams to ensure day-one readiness.

Two-plus years in HR administration in an international setting, fluent Polish and English, and strong GDPR data handling skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR administration, onboarding, or HR operations at an international company.
• Fluent written and spoken Polish and English. You'll draft contracts in both.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS data entry and employment paperwork.
• Careful, accurate handling of personal data under GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment agreements in Polish and English.
• Start background checks early to ensure start dates hold.
• Set up new hires in the HRIS and create employee IDs.
• Coordinate with IT to provide laptops and system access before day one.
• Collaborate daily with the client's HR team.
