Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking an HR & Payroll Generalist fluent in English and German to design, govern and improve HR processes. You will support HR projects, transitions and continuous improvement initiatives within a hybrid Kraków office environment.

The role requires ownership of end-to-end HR processes, governance across locations, and collaboration with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Polish labour laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR Operations, HR Process Management, HR Transformation or Project Management environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and service delivery models.
• Experience owning processes, governance activities or assigned transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and decision-making skills.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP or equivalent) and case management systems.
• Fluent English and German.

Responsibilities

• Process Ownership & Governance: Execute and own end-to-end HR processes with governance.
• Ensure consistent process execution across teams, locations and service models.
• Drive process optimisation, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote standardisation and best practices across People Services.
