Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, HR, or related discipline required.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• 5+ years of progressive Contact Center / Customer Service experience, HR Shared Services preferred.
• Experience with Service Center technologies (ticket management, knowledge management).
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR Operations Associates team to support in-scope countries (Western Europe plus MENAPT).
• Coordinate the team to ensure workload is effectively managed.
• Review and manage individuals’ performance and development plans.
• Provide guidance and support to the team, resolve problems and deal with escalations.
• Review KPI dashboards daily, provide monthly analysis to HR Operations Manager to improve quality.
