SC Johnson GmbH in Warsaw is seeking an HR Operations Team Leader (Associate Manager, HR Delivery Center). Location: Warsaw, in HR operation. Responsibilities include leading HR Operations Associates across Western Europe and MENAPT, coordinating workloads, and reviewing performance to drive quality and efficiency.

• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow would be an asset.

HR Operations Team Leader

Internal title – Associate Manager, HR Delivery Center • Location: Warsaw • Function: HR operation

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR Operations Associates team to support in-scope countries (Western Europe plus MENAPT countries)
• Coordinate the team to ensure workload is effectively managed
• Review and manage individuals’ performance and development plans
• Provide guidance and support to the team, resolve problems and deal with escalations
• Review the KPI dashboards on a daily manner, provide monthly analysis to HR Operations Manager to improve quality and eliminate mistakes
• Respond to employees’ questions, deliver administrative procedures and practices via multiple channels such as phone, case management system and live chat
• Actively contribute to delivering, maintaining and improving HR services, work procedures and processes to increase employee satisfaction, driving performance and achieving results
• Work on automation and improvement of existing processes in collaboration with technical team
• Ensure proper flow of communication between the team and business partners and stakeholders
• Train and onboard team members
• Work hands-on on the cases if needed

Experience you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, HR, or related discipline required
• At least 3 years of experience in managing team
• At least 5 years progressive Contact Center / Customer Service experience, background in HR Shared Services preferred
• Experience in using Service Center technologies (e.g. ticket management, knowledge management)
• Experience with Workday and Service Now would be an asset
• Full proficiency in English is a must HR experience with one of these countries would be an asset: Western Europe plus MENAPT countries
• Experience with Migration of HR processes from countries to a Regional HR Shared Service Center.
• Experience with automation of processes would be an asset
• Fluent English, additional proficiency in French is a plus.

Eligibility & Working Conditions

You need to be eligible to work in the country of application. This role is not eligible for relocation. Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.

The expected gross salary range for this position is between 13 000,00 PLN - 17 100,00 PLN. Job related skills, experience, and education, will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive, and/or long-term incentives.
