Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our HR Delivery Center Team. This role supports employees and stakeholders across EMEA, owning a broad range of HR Operations from onboarding to offboarding and complex case management.

You will partner with Local HR, Payroll, Centers of Excellence and other HR teams, driving process improvements, HR data analysis and system optimization while mentoring junior colleagues in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Human Relations or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Operations/Shared Services experience.
• Fluent English and German.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Handle employee queries and complex cases with stakeholders.
• Act as HR systems expert and support automation improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, including audits.
