Job summary

Fluke, in Wroclaw, Poland, is seeking an HR Operations & HCP Intern for a 6-month, hybrid role. You will work with international teams, supporting onboarding, HR documentation, and data administration while learning HR lifecycle processes.

The role offers hands-on experience in HR operations and exposure to HCP activities, with learning opportunities and collaboration with HR colleagues in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Current Bachelor's or Master's student in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Availability to work under a contract of mandate for a 6-month assignment.
• Previous administrative, internship, student organization, or customer support experience welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Operations and HCP activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR documentation, and employee data administration.
• Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy of employee information in HR systems/databases.
• Assist with HR reporting, data tracking, and administrative support for compliance activities.
• Coordinate administrative elements of employee programs, training activities, and internal HR processes.
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and HR colleagues, escalating non-routine questions when appropriate.
