Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o. is offering an Operations HR Intern role in Poznań. You will work on HR functions across a global organization, with learning sessions, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to training and workforce analytics.

Applicants should be in their final year, pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields, and able to commit to a 6-month, full-time internship (40 hours/week). Relocation support and employee benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish (writing, reading, speaking).
• Fluent in English at C1 level or above.
• Pursuing a university degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or related field.
• Available for a full-time internship (up to 40 hours/week) for 6 months max.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of HR functions within Amazon's fast-paced operations.
• Assist with internal communications across countries to promote collaboration.
• Help develop training plans and materials for evolving development needs.
• Learn HR practices across the Amazon organization and stay updated on best practices.
• Provide support to employees on attendance, engagement, compensation, and HR matters.
• Assist HR teams with day-to-day operational routines and administrative tasks.
• Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
• Compile personnel statistics, reports, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
